All orders are shipped via UPS ground.
Due to the fact that all of our jewelry is hand crafted and not mass
produced, upon receipt of your order please allow 5 to 10 business
days for shipment. Please contact us if a rush order is needed, we
will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. Additional shipping
charges will apply to next day or 2nd day shipments.
Due to availability of some stones and silver accents there may be
slight variations. And as for all natural stones some variations differ
slightly in shape and color. We will let you know of any changes prior
to shipping your order.
If you are in need of having a piece lengthened or shortened, please
let us know at the time of your order and we will contact you if an
additional charge applies.
8.25% sales tax will be automatically applied to all TX. orders. All
orders will be shipped INSURED UPS GROUND unless otherwise specified.
Michele Busch Jewelry is not responsible for damage or loss incurred
during shipping. If your purchase was damaged or lost please contact
the carrier to file a claim. We will be happy to assist you with any
information or tracking numbers needed.

RETURN & REPAIR
POLICY:
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase here at Michele
Busch Jewelry. If for any reason you are not, we would be happy to
exchange your purchase for something else on line. You have 14 days
after receipt of your purchase to return your item to be be exchanged.
The merchandise must be returned un-used and in perfect condition with
original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs on returns.
Please ship your return with your order receipt via insured courier
such as: FedEx or UPS. Michele Busch Jewelry is not responsible for
items damaged or lost while being returned. All Sales will be final
on Custom orders or items in the sale category and no exchanges will
be accepted.
